It is clear pale gold which glints against the light. Fresh tropical fruit, fig, date and pineapple aromas, subtle and pleasant. On the palate it is complex and interesting. Tangy lemon and a streak of stony minerality that turns into a pleasant peach-pit bitter note in the finish.
