Varieties: 80% Grenache & 20% Syrah
Tasting Notes : Deep ruby rose. The nose is intense with dominant blackcurrant. On the palate, the Grenache expresses richness and balance. Fruity and long finish with silky tannins. Voluptuous and spicy flavours.
Soil : Selected plots located on sunny hillside of the Mont-Ventoux.
Harvest and Vinification : Harvest Late September to mid - October. Alcoholic fermentation between 18°C and 22°C. Skin maceration between 12 and 20 days. Very soft extraction. Free - run juice selection only.
Enjoy with: To be served slightly cool (16°C-18°C) with your favourite red meat, game, cheese and especially lamb brochettes with roasted eggplant.
