Harvest & Vinification
The grapes are harvested at night mid-September. Short maceration to avoid oxidation and for fast color stabilization. Cold settling, fermentation at controlled temperature (16/18°C) to preserve freshness.
Tasting Notes
Elegant light pink robe with dark purple reflections. Aromas, of white peach and citrus notes (orange blossom). On the Palate, enjoy a subtle combination of litchi, citrus and rose aromas. Menthol and butter on the finish!

This Sainte-Victoire wine will pair perfectly with fishes like grilled sea-bream, but also with the Mediterranean or exotic dishes.
