Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes, static decantation of the wine must. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with 18° C controlled temperature
Aging: 5 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks
Tasting Notes: Light yellow color with green reflections, bright and shiny. At nose one and elegant, with foral and citrus scents. Palate is sapid and mineral, with bitterish aftertaste.
