The Blue Door x diRenzo House Red

A blend of Cabernet 50% (Boreelane), Primitivo 25% (Cargo Road Wines), Barbera 20% (Cargo Road Wines) and Shiraz 5% (Boreelane).

Fermented in a combination of concrete for the Primitivo, Barbera and Shiraz and open fermenters prior to maturation in old french oak for the Cabernet. Again a light filtration and small sulphur add before bottling.
