The Blue Door x diRenzo House White

Gewürtzraminer 30%, Arneis 30%, Sauvignon Blanc 30% and Chardonnay 10%.

All the fruit except the Chardonnay is from Boreelane in Orange. The Chardonnay is from a small vineyard on the way to Molong that doesn't have a name- we call it Amaroo rd.

Fermented and aged in a combination of concrete and old oak.

Blended and filtered lightly- no fining and a small addition of sulfur.
