Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes, 5 hours maceration on the skin. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with 16° C controlled temperature.
Aging: 5 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks, 1 month in the bottle.
Tasting Notes: Beautiful light pink salmon color. The nose is balanced with hints of wild red berries. On the palate it is fresh, savory, & pleasant.
