What is the minimum I can order?
For packaging purposes, we ask for a minimum of 6 bottles to be ordered.
Do you ship overseas & what are the shipping rates?
At present and due to tax and various legislation, we only ship across Australia from $10 per case for major metropolitan areas. Shipping rates will be calculated upon checkout. If you live in a remote area, please expect higher shipping rates. We are also happy to offer free shipping with orders over $300
We use both Australia Post and a Courier for delivery.
Can my order be left at the door if I'm not home?
Yes, please leave delivery instructions upon checkout.
When can I expect delivery for my online order?
We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days of receiving them, because you are important to us. Should we be unable to do so, we will contact you either by phone or email.
Please note that Direct Wine Cellars business hours are from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

If a case turns up broken or I receive the incorrect wine, do you replace it?
Yes, please email sales@directwinecellars.com.au or call 0247734400 to let us know if a case of wine has been delivered damaged and we will refund you for broken bottles or resend the wine, depending on which you would prefer.
If we have made a mistake and sent the incorrect order, please let us know so we can organise the replacement.
If I am not happy with my wine, what can I do?
We offer a 200% money back guarantee. If you have tried a wine that doesn't suit your palate, keep the wine because it may just be that the wine is a little young. We would like you to try it in a few months to see if it is better for you. In the meantime, we will send you a refund! Simply email sales@directwinecellars.com.au with you invoice and we will get back to you!
I receive emails from you but when I try and login, it says there is no Customer with this email address?
