Want to go out and have a few glasses of interesting wine but don't want to break the budget? Here is my guide to the best Wine Bars across Sydney that are cheap and cheerful :) 

The Art Syndicate
This is one of my favourite spots in Surry Hills. It's on Bourke St, it's BYO Food and the whole drinks list celebrates NSW wine, beer and spirits!  The walls are adorned with beautiful artwork and everything is for sale! Did I mention you can order toasted sandwiches and you get free bar snacks with every drink? Excellent wines by the glass that are usually on rotation, some really unusual finds and not pricey at all. 

Lokal
For the fans of natural wine, you cannot go past this little, corner wine bar. Just off Fitzroy street in Surry Hills, Patrick puts a mean list together and the martini is just as good!

deVine Food and Wine Sydney
I feel like if you've dined in Sydney, you have had a wine at deVine. It's the 'papa bear' of so many wine bars across Sydney in my opinion. Excellent wine list and suitable for all budgets and wine knowledge

Fix St James Sydney 
Not only is the wine list by the glass extensive, Fix also offers BYO for only $20 a bottle so if you have a bottle that has been resting for some time, why not get over to Fix, let them organise the food to match your vino and enjoy the fruit of your patience!
