We've recently been made aware of delays within the Australia Post network which have meant orders that were sent out from 20th August until today could be experiencing delays.
.
Our alternate courier, E-Go, has also had a recent Covid-19 outbreak at their Sydney depot and, as a result, have closed their warehouse until further notice.
.
If you are Sydney based, we are endeavouring to deliver your parcels in a timely fashion personally. For those interstate, we do apologise, we are currently looking at alternate, reasonable options to get your wine to you asap!

We do really appreciate your patience. We moved to Australia Post during this covid lockdown as they assured us their service would be superior... I guess, like everything, it's all really unpredictable right now!
